An FIR has been lodged in Mumbai against Bhojpuri star Khesari Lal Yadav for allegedly singing obscene songs. The actor is accused of insulting women in his songs.
New Delhi: There is a special group who like the songs and movies of Bhojpuri superstar Khesari Lal Yadav. But sometimes they also get into controversy because of their statements. Now they are embroiled in a new debate. According to media reports, an FIR has been lodged against the Mumbai actor for singing obscene and indecent songs, which could lead to his arrest.
According to media reports, Khesari Lal has been accused of insulting women through his songs. The FIR has been registered under sections 294, 292 and 354, filed by Surjit Singh, affiliated with the Sanatan Sena Foundation, Mumbai. Referring to the obscene language of Khesari’s songs, he said that he insults women in his songs and his purpose is only to gain. Surjit also gave some evidence against Khesari before the Mumbai police. However, there is no information about that evidence.
This is not the first time that Khesari Lal has been booked for the obscenity of his songs. He has been embroiled in legal controversy over similar allegations in the past. Recently, the actor came to light live and threatened journalists and his supporters also beat up a singer named Pankaj Singh during Facebook Live.
