Kangana Ranaut is speaking out against the so-called evils in Bollywood everywhere from social media platforms to TV. He was vocal against drug trafficking and nepotism in Bollywood. In protest, the two Muslims filed a petition in a Bandra court alleging that Kangana Ranaut was spreading hatred between the two communities through her tweets, which hurt not only religious sentiments, but the film industry. According to the petitioners, the Bandra police station refused to disregard their allegations against Kangana, after which they approached the court to investigate the case. The court directed to register an FIR against Kangana Ranaut.
The petitioners also kept many of Kangana’s tweets in court. According to him, an FIR can be lodged against Kangana under Section 15 (3) of the CRPC. Kangana will be questioned after the FIR and if there is strong evidence against Kangana that she can be arrested.
