Now the Bombay High Court will hold a hearing on the demolition of Kangana Ranaut’s office on Monday. During the hearing of Kangana’s plea on Thursday, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut and BMC official Bhagyavant Late sought more time to file a reply. The court asked him to respond by Friday. The High Court reprimanded the BMC, saying the manner in which the office collapsed during the monsoon could not be avoided. The hearing was adjourned on Thursday as the High Court was closed due to heavy rains on Wednesday.
‘You showed action fast’
The High Court had asked BMC to respond to the case by September 16. The judge expressed dissatisfaction with the demand for some more time and said that you were very quick when it came to taking action. Laziness is being shown when it comes to answering. Someone’s house is broken into. The court did not allow the structure to remain that way during the monsoon season. The court has given BMC till 3 pm tomorrow to file its reply.
During the hearing on Tuesday, the Bombay High Court said that the officer had directed Bulldozer and Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut to party at the actress’ office. Sanjay Raut’s ‘raised’ statement on behalf of Kanjana was given a CD during the hearing in the High Court, after which the High Court passed the order.
The office was demolished on September 19
On 19 September, parts of the Kangana Pali hill office were demolished by the BMC. After that, this actress went to the High Court. The court sought reply from Kangna on September 14 and BMC on September 16 in the case. A supplementary affidavit was submitted by the actress on Monday.

Kangana accused in BMC allegations
Earlier, Kangana had filed her reply in the BMC’s affidavit in the Bombay High Court, stating that it was biased for BMC to take action in her office. He also denied that any work was going on in his office at the time of taking this step. On the other hand, BMC could not present any evidence of illegal construction.
He also denied that his application declared sabotage illegal and that it was an abuse of the legal process to claim Rs two crore as compensation to BMC. In the affidavit, he said, “I deny that I have illegally added or corrected anything.” These allegations are false. “
BMC has stated this in its affidavit
The BMC, through its lawyer Joel Carlos, filed an affidavit before a bench headed by Justice SJ Kathawala last week in response to Ront’s application. BMC said the actress changed buildings without permission. On September 9, our officers were following the rules when breaking these changes. The BMC had moved the High Court seeking dismissal of Kangana’s plea. It further said that the actress should have been fined for filing the petition as she had abused the judicial process.
