The FIR was registered on October 17
A case has been filed against Kangana and Rangoli at Bandra police station on October 1. “Kangana Ranaut has been continuously insulting Bollywood for the last few months as a hub of slander and favoritism. By tweeting through her official Twitter handle and TV interviews, they are creating divisions between Hindu and Muslim artists,” petitioner advocate Sahil Ashraf Ali Syed Bandra told the court.
Cases have been filed under these sections
Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate, Joydev Y Jhule has registered an FIR under Section 156 (3) of the CRPC and directed an inquiry against Kangana. On the basis of which, the police has filed cases against Kangana and her sister under sections 153A, 295A, 124A and 34.
