Sushant Singh Rajput’s friend Sunil Shukla has moved the Bombay High Court. However, the petition is not in favor of Sushant, but for the investigation of Disha Salian’s death. Sunil has demanded a CBI probe into Disha’s death before the court. Shukla claims that he has some documents with the suspicious death of Disha. This will prove that he did not commit suicide. Rather he was murdered.

Mumbai police put many aspects in the investigation
This application has been filed by Sunil Advocate Sriram Prakat on behalf of Sunil. Sunil has been told that the Mumbai police did not take many aspects into consideration while investigating Disha’s death. Since it was alleged that Disha’s mobile continued to be used even after the death, it means that Mumbai police failed to recover the details of those involved in the death by recovering their mobile.

Rohan Rai’s fugitive has also been questioned
Disha died on June 8 after falling from the 14th floor of the Regent Galaxy building in Malad. There was a party going on at the time of Disha’s death and he was with his fianc রো Rohan Rai. According to the petitioner, Rohan has been absconding since Disha’s death. He has deactivated his social media accounts and switched off the phone.

Sunil has made these allegations in the application

  • Disha was last seen, which to date has not recorded the speeches of those present at the party.
  • Disha’s body was found 15 meters from the floor of the building. This is possible only when two people from the top throw it together.
  • Mumbai police also did not find CCTV footage of the building, which could be big evidence related to visitors that night.

The appeal of the CBI should be checked in the application
Sunil said that in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput and Disha Salian, the evidence should be recovered under Section 6 of the Indian Evidence Act and the investigation should be linked to each other and therefore it should be looked into by the CBI. Significantly, the High Court has already occupied a similar request for a CBI probe into Salian’s death on the application of Vineet Dhanda.
