On Tuesday, BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy raised another question in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. The husband asked why the glass of orange juice that Sushant drank on the day of his death was not kept safe. The husband tweeted that it was not surprising that the Mumbai police did not seal the apartment where the incident took place. On the other hand, it needs to be done in unnatural death.
The family lawyer also did not accept the AIIMS report
The day Sushant Singh Rajput died, staff at the house reported that Sushant had taken coconut water and orange juice for breakfast. His body was later found hanging in Bandra’s apartment. In fact, the husband’s tweet came after a statement by lawyer Bikash Singh on behalf of Sushant’s father. At a press conference earlier this month, Bikash Singh referred to a statement by AIIMS forensic team chief Dr Sudhir Gupta and demanded an in-depth probe by the CBI.
Bikash Singh said that when I showed the picture of Sushant’s body to Dr. Gupta, he said that it was a case of 200 percent suffocation, not suicide.
Bikash Singh raised questions in the AIIM report
However, a few days later, the report of the Ames forensic team was published in the media. It was said to be a clean-cut suicide. The murder has been dismissed in the report. This report was questioned by Bikash Singh. He said AIIMS doctors were going to TV channels to express their views, but the report was not released. He further added that such statements by doctors in the media violated the ethical guidelines of the Medical Council.
