Srinivasan Narayanan, former festival director of MMI, the Mumbai Academy of Moving Images, has now been transferred to SG, the South Asian International Film Festival in Singapore. Joined SAIFF as Festival Director. SG. The third edition of CFF will run from August 30 to September 7 in many parts of Singapore.

After taking over as the director, Srinivasan Narayanan said, ‘Singapore South Asian International Film Festival has done admirable work in the last two years. This festival has taken its special place in the world festival and we will try our best to take this success forward. ‘SG. SAFF Chairman Abhayananda Singh is very happy with the arrival of Srinivasan. He said, ‘We are all very happy that he has joined the board. He will guide the team with his experience and uphold the values of the film festival.
Hindi cinema will get more recognition
After Srinivasan Narayanan, the deputy director of the International Film Festival of India, became the director of the film festival, the big business of Hindi cinema is also expected to get special recognition at the festival. Narayanan has taken on this huge responsibility at the end of the Mumbai Academy of Moving Images i.e. Mami Film Festival.
