The 744-year-old singer SP Balasubramaniam, who has been suffering from corona infection since August 5, is in critical condition. The MGM Hospital in Chennai, which is admitted to the hospital, issued the information in an SP health bulletin issued on Thursday evening. The hospital’s assistant director Dr Anuradha Baskaran said they have been placed in other life support systems, including the ECMO.
