  • The CBI has said that no result has been reached yet in the Sushant Singh Rajput case

A 24-hour hearing has been held in the Bombay High Court today on the bail application of actress Riya Chakraborty and her brother Shovik Chakraborty, who were arrested in a drug case. The court has reserved its verdict. In this case, the court will now have to decide when to decide in this case.

In addition to Rhea and Shovik, Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda, cook Dipesh Sawant and drug addict Basit Parihar could also decide on bail. All these bail applications have been rejected twice by the lower court. Shovik was also questioned by NCB officials in jail.

Rear lawyer Satish Mansinde told the court:

  • Before Riya came into Sushant’s life, she was addicted to drugs. Riya or Shovik did not buy any medicine. The NCB has alleged that Riya withdrew Rs 10,000 through her debit card to buy drugs for Sushant Singh Rajput. But, they have no proof whether Riya actually bought the medicine?
  • Sushant Singh Rajput was addicted to drugs. One or nine actresses have confirmed this. Like Riya, Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan have also admitted that Sushant used to take drugs before 2019.
  • If Sushant survives today, he could be sentenced under Section 2 for drug use, which could range from six months to one year in prison. If Sushant can only get so much punishment as the main consumer, how can Rhea and Shovik be charged on the basis of Section 27A which carries a sentence of 10-20 years.
  • The NCB alleged in its complaint that Riya had bought only 25 grams of drugs for Sushant. This proves that buying them (Rhea and Shovik) in such small quantities is not intended to be associated with any kind of business. The NCB has imposed Section 277 on the rear, which is not fair.
  • Manshinde said the NCB has no jurisdiction to investigate the matter. He will hand over the case to the CBI as directed by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has directed that all cases related to Sushant’s death should be investigated by the CBI.

The NCB has argued against the rear bail
The investigating agency submitted an affidavit to the court on Monday alleging that Rhea and Shovik were active members of the drug syndicate and involved several high-society people and drug suppliers. Section 27A has been imposed on them, so they should not be granted bail.

On September 24, a single bench of Justice Sarang V Kotowal sought reply from the NCB on the rear bail application. The NCB said in the affidavit that Riya had confessed to buying the drugs. He believed that he had asked Samuel Miranda, Dipesh Sawant and Shovik Chakraborty to buy medicine.

Today, in this case, the Bureau of Narcotics Control can put its findings before the court. These include speeches by actors Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan. The NCB has so far arrested 21 people in Sushant’s drug case.

AIMS has submitted its preliminary report to the CBI
Meanwhile, a team from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) has submitted an autopsy report and a preliminary visa report to the CBI on the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. The CBI said in a statement that no decision has been reached in the Sushant Singh Rajput case and all aspects are being investigated.

A number of questions have been raised since Sushant’s death on June 14, after which a medical panel of AIIMS was formed under the chairmanship of Dr. Sudhir Gupta to conduct an autopsy and a detailed analysis of the viscera report. You can go

Horizon and Samuel Miranda relationships have been found
A link to Samuel Miranda was questioned on Saturday when Harijan Prasad, a producer / director of religious entertainment, was arrested in connection with the case. Samuel Mirander was also named in the syndicate whose Riya Chakraborty has been described as part of the NCB.

During Kshitij’s remand on Sunday, the NCB said they had bought drugs from Karamjit Singh Anand, who was arrested in the case. Samuel Miranda also used medicine from Karamjit.

Sushant’s father’s lawyer questioned the investigation
Sushant’s family is questioning the CBI investigation. Sushant’s father KK Singh’s lawyer Bikash Singh wrote in a tweet, “The CBI’s delay in turning Rajput’s suicide case into a murder case has added to the frustration. A doctor from the AIIMS team told me a long time ago that the pictures I sent were 200%. Indicates that the death was due to suffocation “but the AIMS team rejected Singh’s claim.
