The Bombay High Court will hear the petitions of actor Sushant’s sister Priyanka and Mitu Singh this afternoon. In the application, actress Riya Chakraborty has demanded cancellation of the FIR filed at Bandra police station. October A bench of Justice SS Shinde and Justice MS Karnik considered the petition and then listed it for hearing today.
Before Riya’s arrest, Ram Manohar had filed a case against Dr Tarun Kumar and Sushant’s two sisters at Lohia Hospital. The three have been accused of giving fake medical prescriptions and drugs to Sushant.
Rhea said this in her complaint
Riya alleged that Dr Kumar had given her depression medication without examining Sushant on Priyanka’s advice, which is a violation of the law in many ways. Rhea said the case of illegal claim falls under the NDPS Act.

Riya said in her FIR that on the morning of June 8, when she was at Sushant’s house, Sushant was regularly chatting with someone on the phone. When he asked Sushant about it, Sushant showed him a phone chat with his sister, where his sister Priyanka sat in Delhi and advised Sushant to take psychotropic drugs. Tao also mentions a doctor who has never seen Sushant as a patient.
Sushant’s sisters argue in defense
In an application filed through advocate Madhav Thorat, Priyanka Singh claimed that the allegation was based entirely on prescription drugs, so she did not commit any crime. The rear case should be dismissed in the light of the Supreme Court decision.
The CBI had appealed to stop taking action
Advocate Madhav Thorat said Sushant’s sister had also demanded an interim order prohibiting the CBI from taking any action against him. Mumbai Police has registered the case and handed over the investigation to the CBI.
