Riya Chakraborty was released from jail on October 7. The CBI is still investigating Sushant’s case. However, Riya has opposed the plea of Priyanka Singh and Mitu Singh to quash the FIR filed against them by the Bandra police. Rhea said the allegations against her should be fully investigated as Sushant died a week after taking the drug.

The drugs sent by Priyanka got worse
In the affidavit filed in the Bombay High Court, Riya said that Sushant’s sister Priyanka and Delhi’s Ram Manohar Lohia had illegally given psychiatric drugs without consulting Dr Tarun Kumar. The affidavit states that Sushant was asked by his sister Priyanka on June 8 through WhatsApp to take medicines like Nakshito, Librium and Lonzep MD. Under the NDPS Act, three drugs are made from psycho-tropical substances.

Priyanka-Mitu’s appeal will be heard on November 4
Rhea claims that these allegations are of a serious nature, so the investigating agency should be given ample opportunity to investigate the case. The application for which the FIR has been dismissed needs to be dismissed. A bench of Bombay High Court Justices SS Shinde and MS Karnik is scheduled to hear the pleas of Priyanka and Mitu on November 4.
