Mumbai Actress Payal Ghosh has been accused of sexually abusing Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. In this case, Payal Ghosh also filed a case against Anurag Kashyap at the Versova police station in Mumbai on September 22. After the case of Payal Ghosh was registered, Mumbai Police Director Anurag Kashyap was called to the police station and interrogated for 24 hours.

Later on Saturday, the victim Payal Ghosh tweeted and tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi, PMO and National Women’s Commission president Rekha Sharma. Pawel Ghosh tweeted that the mafia gang had threatened his life. He tweeted, ‘This mafia gang will kill me sir and prove my death as suicide or something else.’

Earlier in October, actress Payal Ghosh met Rekha Sharma at the Delhi office of the National Commission for Women (NCW). After a meeting with National Women’s Commission Rekha Sharma, Ghosh said, “We have discussed how to continue the investigation.” He is always with me and he said we will do what needs to be done on our behalf. I also demanded the protection of the Y-Plus department. After questioning, Anurag Kashyap clarified the case through his lawyer Priyanka Khimani (Priyanka Khimani) and said that he had full faith in the justice system, dismissing Payal’s allegations as false.

In an explanation given to Anurag, advocate Priyanka Khimani said that in the FIR filed with Versova police station, Payal Ghosh alleged that Anurag Kashyap called her to his house in August 2013 and sexually abused her. He dismissed Pawel’s allegations and said he was in Sri Lanka in August 2013 in connection with a film. They also provided the documents to the police.
