The Allahabad High Court has stayed the arrest of actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a case of indecency of his expatriate wife.

On July 27, his wife Alia, who lives separately from Nawazuddin, accused the actor, his three brothers and his mother of molesting and molesting the family’s minor daughter in 2012.
A case was filed in this regard under the relevant section of the Indian Penal Code and the Pokso Act.. Alia appeared in the Poxo court here on October 14 and recorded her statement before a female magistrate..
Earlier on October 1, his wife Alia Bhatt, who was separated from Siddiqui, recorded her statement before a magistrate in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. In a statement, she reiterated allegations that the actor’s brother molested one of her relatives in 2012. Police Area Officer Girija Shankar Tripathi said that Alia Pokso (Child Sexual Offenses Protection Act) had appeared in court and under Section 164, she was her husband and her family. Has filed his statement against four members. Nawazuddin Siddiqui could not be reached for comment, while his brother Saifuddin Siddiqui alleged that Alia was trying to blackmail the actor and extort money from him.
