KPS Malhotra interrogating Deepika, NCB arrests prominent production house worker

He has reportedly returned to Delhi from Mumbai. About 10 days ago on September 26, Malhotra questioned Deepika Padukone at the NCB office.

Meanwhile, the NCB reportedly arrested an employee of a name-producing house. About 70 grams of drugs were recovered from the employee. However, the names of the production house and the employees have not been revealed yet.

Apart from Deepika Padukone, the NCB team has questioned Rakul Preet Singh, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and producer Madhu Montana in the drug case. About 50 people from the film industry, including many famous actors and directors, are on the agency’s radar, the report said.

About 20 people have been arrested so far. These include names like Riya Chakraborty, her brother Shovik, Samuel Miranda, Sushant’s house manager, Deepesh Sawant, house keeper, Kshitij Ravi Prasad, former executive producer and assistant director of Dharma Productions.

Here Kshitij accused the NCB

Kshitij was produced before a special NDPS court on Saturday. He was then remanded in judicial custody until October 6. During the hearing, his lawyer Satish Manshinde alleged that he was being pressured by the NCB to name Karan Johar, Arjun Rampal and Ranbir Kapoor in the drug case. He further claimed that Harijan personally did not know any of these.
