Mumbai police have sent a second notice to Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli, asking them to appear at Mumbai’s Bandra police station on November 10. An FIR has been lodged with the Bandra police station for making inflammatory remarks against Kangana. Kangana could not appear at the first notice. He told police he was unable to appear in the case to get married at his home. Therefore, Mumbai Police has sent a second notice to Kangana.
