The victim had earlier tried to register an FIR in the incident, but when the police did not file a case. During this period, the victim was shifted to Delhi where he applied to file an FIR in the Rohini Court of Delhi. Based on the first fancy evidence, the court has registered an FIR in the case and directed an inquiry. On the basis of which a case was filed with the Oshiwara police station in Mumbai on Thursday.
