Amitabh Bachchan loses 20-year-old ‘Mohabbatain’ release

New Delhi: Today (Tuesday) marks the 20th anniversary of the release of the multistar starrer ‘Mohabbatain’. On this occasion, Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan recalled the film. In the film, Mahanayak plays the role of a strict principal of Gurukul College, whose name is Narayan Shankar.

Recalling the film, Amitabh Bachchan wrote, ‘Dition, prestige, discipline … love is special to me for many reasons. This beautiful 20 year old roller coaster of love stories and emotions. I am deeply grateful for the love you have shown.

The film stars Shwarya Rai, Uday Chopra, Jugal Hanraj, Jimmy Shergill, Kim Sharma, Shamita Sethi and Preity Zhangeni along with two Bollywood legends Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan.
